1. Agreement Overview

This Service Level Agreement (SLA) was authored and validated by Ludovic Laffineur, CTO of GOVRN, and represents an understanding between GOVRN (the "Service Provider") and its customers (the "Customers") for the provisioning of services required to support and sustain the GOVRN Board Management Software.

This SLA is valid until superseded by a revised agreement mutually agreed upon by the stakeholders.

This document outlines the key responsibilities and expectations for both GOVRN and its customers. It does not replace existing processes unless explicitly stated.
